With Alentejo's architectural features and details done by those who have travelled the world, all houses have a small terrace with full or partial ocean views. Few things make us feel as comfortable as a good night of sleep or seating outside enjoying a meal or a nap.
Each house has the right size to guarantee tranquility and privacy for the guests. They were conceived to welcome not only families with children but also couples or surf lovers. To make everyone feel welcomed, each category provides distinct housing experiences matching the guests’ desires.
The estate has ten houses perfect for four people. The houses have a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, one bathroom and the bedroom is in a mezzanine.
But those who don’t need this much space may opt for one of the three smaller studios which have a bedroom, a kitchenette, one bathroom, and a terrace. These houses are suitable for pets, who will surely appreciate the outdoor area and the natural elements that are found here.
As for big groups or numerous families who don't bring pets, the main house might be the best option: with common areas like a living room and a restaurant with a terrace, it has a suite, a studio and three rooms (one of them a studio) that can be gathered and turned into a T3 with an outside entrance, allowing for more independence and privacy.
Suite
The suite, located in the main house, has a private bathroom and offers an interior space with privacy and comfort for two adults, as well as an exterior space to enjoy the good weather. Right in front of the pool, just a jump to go for a swim and return to the terrace with direct access to the outside. This outdoor space is furnished making it a great area to relax and enjoy. In the interior area there is a King bed to enjoy restful nights. Pets are not allowed in this room type, and bathrobes and slippers are available upon request!

Studio
They are a great option for two adults who want a vacation with everything essential. The studios have parking and have direct access to the garden. In the outdoor area there is furniture to relax and enjoy outdoor meals. In the interior of the studios there can be a King bed or two single beds, according to the choice. The kitchenette has all the necessary equipment for preparing meals, such as a hob, fridge and kitchen utensils. Some of our Studios are just 2 minutes from the main house and these are the ideal choice for those who come with their pets and are looking for more privacy, if this is your case please contact us before your arrival. These apartments are great for long stays, as they are spacious and private. They have a bedroom with a double bed, full of light and decorated in white and wooden tones. They also comprise a living room with a sofa, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, such as a fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Outside, there is a large terrace, ideal for meals and for enjoying the surrounding nature. Studio with mezzanine
Located in the main area of Monte, the Studio with mezzanine is a great option to enjoy a vacation without having to leave home. It has a front or side view of the sea and/or animals from the farm and has a terrace with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed or two single beds and a kitchenette to prepare meals, which can then be enjoyed outside in the furnished area. Outside there is also a shower with hot water. The upper floor can have a double bed or two single beds, according to the choice. Bathrobes and slippers are available upon request!

The Superior Studio is large in size, providing all the desired space for a relaxed holiday. Located in the main area of Monte, it has a front view of the sea, with an incredible view from the living room's two large windows throughout the day. The ground floor has, in addition to this living room, a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a bathroom and direct access to the garden. In the outdoor area you will find furniture for outdoor dining and a hot shower. The interior area has heated floors and can have a king bed or two single beds, according to your choice, in addition to the sofa bed already mentioned. The 3 bedroom apartment is located in the main house and has an independent access. It is the ideal space for a holiday with family or friends in the serenity of the countryside. In addition to this area there are two more bedrooms, one of them mezzanine, both with two single beds or the possibility of a double bed and a bathroom shared by the two. Meals can be enjoyed in the furnished outdoor space overlooking the countryside.
