Come walk with us along the most beautiful trails of Vicentina Route - the Fisherman's Trail and the Historic Trail, our program includes;

In Monte da Bemposta, the days can all be serene and restful or, if you prefer, always different and filled with adrenaline. We offer several suggestions of free activities, subject to availability and through previous booking.
#### Horse riding
Horse riding by the sea and over the dunes is one of the best ways to discover the region.
#### Animals
Feeding the animals that live on the farm such as alpacas, llamas, donkeys and horses, sure to be enjoyed by children.
#### Biking
Bike rides on and off the hill, available for all the guests.
#### Padel
There are two padel courts, allowing for a great match followed by the best get-together with friends and a drink at the restaurant or at the bar.
#### Walking
The walks through the countless paths of Costa Vicentina are always an activity that can’t be missed.
#### Surf
The Alentejo coast is one of the best surf spots in Portugal, come and try it with us.

Under request and subject to previous booking, there are also many options for paid activities adequate for all tastes. From the most relaxing ones like massages, yoga and reiki practice, through the sportiest ones - like surf lessons, boat rides, scuba diving and spearfishing – to the most rural ones like horse and cart riding.

### From the house to the beach, just a dip away
The beaches of Queimado and Ilha do Pessegueiro are just a short walk from Monte da Bemposta. You may go cycling, horse riding and even by cart to the beach. This proximity makes the estate an ideal refuge for those who love surfing and scuba diving.
Without forgetting the memorable walks through Trilho dos Pescadores, one of the most beautiful coastal paths in the world. A little further to the north there is Porto Covo, inviting everyone that loves Alentejo’s traditions and cuisine to visit and stay for a while.
